Two sets of 300 ton/day CIL cyanide gold extraction equipment of our company were successfully installed, debugged and gold extracted in Sudan. Sudan is located in the north of africa and has abundant gold resources. Due to the simple manual gold panning and crude technology, the remaining gold content in the tailings is relatively high (up to 10 grams/ton). Our company actively cooperates with local powerful mining companies to export the domestic mature CIL cyanide gold extraction technology to Sudan.

Our company provides full-industry chain services (EPO+M+O) from design to complete equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and delivery to mine management and operation for the sudan gold mine project. The company's employees overcome the high temperature and sandiness of the Sahara Desert. In the harsh weather such as dust, we fought day and night, and successfully extracted gold 3 months earlier than the original plan, and achieved good economic benefits, which was highly praised by our sudanese partners.

After several months of stable operation, the leaching rate reached 95%, the adsorption rate was 99%, the desorption rate was 99%, and the total recovery rate reached 90%, which achieved satisfactory results.

During the installation and operation of the CIL cyanide gold extraction project, our company has adopted various measures to strengthen the protection of the environment. Specifically: 1. The overflow water of the thickener flows into the return pool by itself, and the filtrate of the filter press in the tailings workshop flows into the sewage treatment tank by itself, and is returned to the return pool with a pump for recycling, which realized zero discharge of production sewage to the outside. 2. The solid waste is cyanide tailings. After being filtered by a filter press, the tailings with 20-25% water content are obtained, which are transported to the dry pile of tailings storage by car, and the bottom and side walls of the tailings storage are covered with geomembrane as anti-leakage treatment to ensure no liquid leakage, so as to effectively protect the environment. 3. Strictly recycle waste water containing sodium cyanide to ensure that it does not cause harm to the surrounding environment.
